I don’t intend to read Scott McClellan’s What Happened. 

Mainly because he repetitively gives us the audiobook version.  “Soooo, what happened?” prods everyone from John Stewart to Larry, Chris Matthews (ew) and NPR’s Fresh Air (next: Rachel Ray, Howard Stern? Scottie’s obviously got the circuit hook-up).  

The gist: ”Well, GW asked me to lie and I did.  But I didn’t REALLY know I was lying at the time. I mean, sort of. But not really. There was this whole ‘media prerogative’ and such that I guess I administered. But not really. I unknowingly lied – there! But the point is: George W. Bush is a liar and I feel sick about it.”

I will not be reading What Happened for the same reasons that watering Astroturf golf courses and buying pants with false pockets is generally considered kind of stupid.
